just take the correct dosage and monitor your glucose/blood sugar level daily. you wont just “get diabetes”, you’ll enter a prediabetic phase where if you don’t stop taking HGH you’ll then get diabetes

Im gonna be taking 3x 500 mg a day,no sweets,only water and not too much carbs. And a lot of protein. Is this good?
