If i hopped on hgh, would i need to bulk. i am lowkey a bit chubby, and i want to keep cutting, but i wanna use hgh for 6-12 months cuz im 16 and i wanna get to 5 foot 11, (im five foot 9 right now) can i cut or is it optimal to bulk

i saw on sum bodybuilding forum that cutting lowers igf1

anything to stack with hgh to cause more growth other than an aromatase inhibitor cuz 2 inches of height isn’t worth 20 iq points and it’s just too risky imo
