5 units of HGH, 250 DNP, and 300 g of caffeine minimum, and Alpha GCP has like 0 fat loss benefits, but it gets me motivated, and my memory is getting better. WILL post results when I get to 12%. Feeling good, very little sweat tbh

hahaha wow typical basic newfag thread, sounds like the same shit I was doing in 2016 lol. First of all, HGH is just a standard supplement and DNP is straight up dangerous as fuck bro you're playing with fire there. Also caffeine isn't even fat loss it just keeps you awake and makes you jittery like an absolute retard, but hey I guess some of y'all need the extra boost to function out in public lol. And Alpha GCP is a meme at this point everyone knows it doesn't do shit for body composition so why bother with that? If you really wanna lose fat bro just eat under your maintenance and stop being a bitch about it, 12% bf is nothing special anyway. But hey good luck I guess, might post my results in 6 months if I feel like updating these noobs!
