Do not inject in the morning, inject once at night for 2 doses.

The only real way blood sugar can make you stop growing is if you get lowered insulin sensitivity and thus lowered igf1 sensitivity which is what happens in diabetes but if you just got to 102 it shouldnt be an issue

I used to have 0.8 but now I use 0.13mm and sometimes it hurts a little there and then.
If it hurts stop and go to another place where it dosent hurt as much.
Dont go too high or to low and not too much centered.
Also pinch your skin and from there stick the needle

Yes, try to target areas more the right and left of the abdominal cavity.
Like here:

Try to pinch you skin and in a way where the muscle layer also dosent get pinched, it should be easier than in the abdominal area
