Hgh dosing

I am 16, 180cm and 65kg. Looking into hgh how should the dosing be? I calculated somewhere that 12-14iu is ideal. How do i load up to that and how long to run the (cycle) like 3 months? Also what else should i know before starting

8-10 iu is better. anything more may cause acromegaly (but usually happens at 12-14iu+)

Take an aromatise inhibitor alongside it (aromasin 12,5mg daily works for me, get a bloodtest for e2 before and after a week, adjust if necessary). Get a blood glucose monitor and keep track of your levels, find out how your body responds to carbs and hgh. Cut down on sugar, use berberine if your levels are rising to high. Get your growth plates checked, just run it untill you stop growing. Load up by taking half for a week or smth if you want dont think it matters much

Idk you might need some ancillaries at that dose like thyroid support
