I would recommend taking some type of an aromatase inhibitor or first try to maybe do stretches to fix an anterior pelvic tilt and do deadhangs to decompress you spine and after 3 months of doing that you could gain around an 1 or more depending on how bad your posture was before if your not satisfied then before your growth plates close go on hgh and take an some type of an aromatase inhibitor and a test booster.

ill just start off by saying im 16 ive run test 275 and 8ius hgh a day for 6 months

i was in the same boat with chatgpt i was scared but honestly chatgpt grabs things from the internet that other studies or theories scientists have published and give it to you so it isnt always 100%

Anyways back to your question, i started hgh at 171cm and got to 176.3cm so yes it works but only in higher doses. 6-8 IU a day is probably the absolute minimum for height growth and i wouldn’t recommend going above 10IU.

I Have had my plates checked even 3 months after my HGH cycle ended and they are still open and growing. It will not close your plates prematurely just make sure their open before you buy.

For hgh yes it may shut down your natural supply but it is NOT a steroid. as soon as you come off it you dont need to kickstart your pituitary gland to begin producing HGH again. Aswell as this you wont need an AI for HGH as it WONT start converting test -> Estrodial.

I would say yes, definetly run HGH if you can afford it and do it for 5-6 months minimum. you wont begin seeing results until the 3-4 month benchmark but good things take time
