I’ve yet to decide on using it because in all honesty I don’t know if it’s worth the hassle. Any holistic method you can do to increase hormones naturally I’ve definitely done, which includes RLT, meditation, herbs, sprint work, etc. I feel like there is a threshold and exceeding this just reaps more negative benefits than positive

At first I was on 100mg of test cyp every 7 days for about a year. Eventually started buying UGL stuff and running 150mg of test e every 3 days and dropping it back down to the 100mg when I went in for blood tests.

pretty much since I was 18 (7 years now) I’ve been running 5-600mg every week plus other compounds. Is it reckless as fuck? Yeah and i wouldn’t suggest people do that. Stick to~250mg a week for high trt doses.

Like developmentally? Fine no weird growths or heart issues. Bloodwork is usually fine but liver values are usually high. I feel like my dick got bigger compared to when I was younger but never measured then. Hair is thin on one of the temples but I started fina a while ago and use minox sometimes.

I feel like I definitely look older than I am. Might be the full beard or partially the steroids like tren but I can’t really blame it anything specifically.
