i keep hearing the talk about how useless HGH is and then there is the other half who promotes it as the best for growth

HGH only works if you already have HGH deficiency.
People back up it's viability by using studies with Dwarves, but they are dwarves due to HGH deficiency.
A solution that works is aromasin, which has been studied on dwarves, making them 3-4 inches taller.
It blocks estrogen, making growth plates close slower. The reason these studies on dwarves work is because dwarves don't have some high estrogen production. Which means it should work on normal people too.
A thing to note from that study is that the control group grew 1 inch taller on average than the average person of their condition which proves placebo/subliminal works when heightmaxxing.
Though I'm pretty sure that study was on 11-13 year old dwarves. So don't think because you're 17 it'll work on you, your growth plates might already be closed.
FYI alot more goes into an aromasin cycle than just taking aromasin. Lots of research needed
