HGH for Bonemass at 17

I’m 17, turning 18 in a few months. Not 100% sure if my growth plates are closed yet, but my dad actually had his biggest growth spurt around 18-21. I’m currently 180cm, not really chasing height, but if I gained a couple more cm, that’d be a bonus.


My main goal is to improve facial bone mass and stronger structure overall. Is HGH still effective for that at my age, or is it already too late for noticeable bone gains?

HGH will only make you grow to your max height potential.
Im in 1:1 the same situation as you and i think im gonna get my growth plates checked.

Also you can calculate Dad + Mom height + 13cm. That divided by 2 = more or less max height.
