Hgh gave me gyno?

Been running Klow and hgh for the last two months professing from 3ui to 12ui for the last couple weeks. Felt my chest and have a pea sized lump. Is it really possible the hgh gave me the gyno and could Letrozole work as an ai to reduce the size? Should I take a break from the hgh?
