The only way your ESR ratio will change is when you are able to move your pupils individually or if you cross your eyes on purpose.
its impossible for your ESR to change while the picture is made frontal and only a small angle difference like in OP, UNLESS your zygomatics got wider OR pupils got narrower and its very unlikely his pupils grew closer.
