So HGH seems to be pretty useful in a calorie deficit for fatloss (paired w reta obv) and strength maintenance. But how could HGH affect on a bulk? More strength or other benefits? How many IU'd you recommend?
as far as i've read, 4iu would be perfect for a kcal deficit, but how many would be enough in a bulk?
