5‘11 with 5‘8 wingspan. Narrow-mid-ish clavicles but wide frame cause of good hyper androgen responding shoulders. Short arms and small hands.

Would HGH in the start of puberty till the end help grow an positive ape index? Because many say hgh gives you large hands with high Dosis

Yes facial bones are different, they can change, especially the brow bone and mandible. But, soft tissue will grow first and faster, so you would likely end up with bigger ears and nose
