Obviously i am a clueless grey hense the name. Can someone give me genuine non cope guide for HGH or refer me to a good thread to read abt it. I wanna learn abt and im 100% open to hopping on just need to evaluate pros and cons etc. For context im 17 dont know exact height but i am short af due to genetics aswell as absolutely cooked diet for most my life which i assume is why my younger brother is way taller than me. Not expecting to neccesarily grow much or even any height as my growth plates are prolly closed but I wanna reap as much benefits as i can.
