How long have you been using and what daily dose. HGH needs to be used for at least a few months for changes right?

I used HGH last year for about 7 months - 5iu a day and then upped to 10iu a day .
You need to use it for atleast 3 months id say to see changes .

What did you see in the changes? I've heard test and hgh is far better than any of that toxic shit like tren and orals

My hands and feet grew and that’s is all I saw tbh with you . I did also keep getting numb hands , I guess it’s because I was done with puberty ( I’m 22) .
I wouldn’t take test unless you have really low natural test levels and tren is only useful to bodybuilders who compete .

HGH has different effects on different people but it is beneficial, I would not take other stuff like test , only HGH tbh
