i would assume it does as what HGH does is fixes hormone defiencies. it will give your body more of its own hormones which is why for some people it does a lot but for otehrs HGH doesnt do anything. and ur genetic potential is based off having sufficient hormones so if their is a hormone defiency, you will grow higher than it

No, your genetic potential is set, but you weren't gonna get there naturally anyways (which gives pathway to why you should be on Pharma)
