Cope drug if u are not stunted, otherway speeding up ur growth rate until plateau as same growth potential as someone who didnt take anything at the finish line

Only non cope is anti aging as every male actor is taking it to delay facial bone resorption to an extent

Almost like hgh has a million other reasons and I don’t ask this

But ofc it is a factor, skin is better on it for sure, but regular blood check up is a huge turn off

Some diabetes patients can reverse a bit their resting blood sugars with lifestyle changes and medications but that s it, if u are in prediabete state u have still time to reverse a good part of the side effects

I asked it Whats the % chance of me getting diabetes from 5iu hgh a day provide me different time Lines

Risk of Developing Diabetes from 5 IU HGH Daily

Key Points

  • Human Growth Hormone (HGH) at high doses (such as 5 IU/day) is associated with increased risk of insulin resistance and potentially type 2 diabetes, especially with prolonged use or in those with pre-existing risk factors123.
  • Exact percentage risk for healthy adults using 5 IU/day is not well established in medical literature, as most studies focus on lower, therapeutic doses and on populations with growth hormone deficiency or other medical conditions456.
  • Risk increases with higher doses, longer duration, older age, higher BMI, and family history of diabetes476.

What the Evidence Shows

General Population Data

  • Incidence of type 2 diabetes in children treated with HGH: Up to a six-fold increase compared to non-treated children, but the absolute prevalence remains low (0.36% in one large registry, mostly at lower doses and in predisposed individuals)68.
  • In adults on replacement doses (much lower than 5 IU/day): Diabetes incidence was 2.6 per 100 patient-years (about 2.6% per year), with risk not clearly linked to dose but to other factors like BMI and age54.
  • High doses (like 5 IU/day, often used in bodybuilding): There is consensus that risk is higher, but no large-scale studies provide a precise percentage for this dose12.

Timeline of Risk

Duration of 5 IU HGH UseEstimated Diabetes RiskNotes
1 monthLow, but insulin resistance may begin to develop9Acute changes in glucose metabolism possible, but diabetes rare this early.
3-6 monthsModerate, especially if risk factors present106Some cases of impaired glucose tolerance or diabetes reported after 1-3 months at high doses.
1 yearIncreased, especially with continued high dose45Risk rises with duration, especially if other risk factors exist.
2+ yearsSignificantly increased, especially in predisposed individuals486Long-term use at high doses is strongly associated with impaired glucose tolerance and diabetes.

Factors That Increase Your Risk

  • Pre-existing risk factors: Family history of diabetes, obesity, metabolic syndrome, or impaired glucose tolerance136.
  • Higher dose and longer duration: Both increase risk substantially48.
  • Age and sex: Older age and female sex may increase risk4.

Summary Table

TimelineEstimated Risk (%)Notes
1 month<1%Insulin resistance may start, diabetes rare910
3-6 months1-3%Risk rises, especially with risk factors106
1 year2-6%Based on registry data for lower doses; likely higher at 5 IU/day45
2+ years6%+Risk increases further with time and dose486

These are rough estimates based on available data for lower doses; actual risk at 5 IU/day may be higher, especially with other risk factors.

Important Warnings

  • No safe high-dose threshold: 5 IU/day is considered a high, non-therapeutic dose and is not recommended for healthy individuals21.
  • Diabetes risk is cumulative: The longer and higher the dose, the greater the risk.
  • Other serious side effects: Besides diabetes, high-dose HGH can cause joint pain, edema, hypertension, and increased risk of certain cancers2.
Consult a healthcare professional before considering HGH use, especially at high doses. Regular monitoring of blood glucose and metabolic health is essential if HGH is used for any reason.

Double the percentage as a security for ur dose

Why not halving ur dosage to 2 ui for preventive measures ?

If u can afford it why wouldnt u after 30 yo when ur natural GH production decline leading to facial bone resorption long term if u stay minimalist ?

When ur natural GH will drop through aging it is even more benefical to run it to compensate the loss with a low dose for a physiological standpoint and assuring to MOG everyone through aging as everybody else will start to resorb faster than u, no botox or facelift or skin can cope resorbed facial bones, i think at low doses u wouldnt even need to cycle it for receptors sensitivity downregulation risk factor
