I’m just gonna assume you have 10 vials. 4ml per vial give you 40mls of bac water needed. Therefore you would ideally want 40mls of bac water but you could prolly make do with 30.

Those are good. I’d recommend using leuer lock needles so you don’t have to pin with a dull needle.
