So I've been reading into insulin recently and apparently its the most anabolic hormone you can take.
Please correct me if I am wrong but I think for every 1iu of Insulin you take, you need to eat 10 grams of carbohydrates.
Most people can take up to 10ius but it's best to not go over 10.
My question is, how can I time to so I can get the most out of my HGH using it? I usually workout late at night like 7pm and eat lots of food after and then wait till 1am to pin my 7ius of HGH and get to bed.
