So I've been reading into insulin recently and apparently its the most anabolic hormone you can take.

Please correct me if I am wrong but I think for every 1iu of Insulin you take, you need to eat 10 grams of carbohydrates.
Most people can take up to 10ius but it's best to not go over 10.

My question is, how can I time to so I can get the most out of my HGH using it? I usually workout late at night like 7pm and eat lots of food after and then wait till 1am to pin my 7ius of HGH and get to bed.

Appreciate any help and/or constructive criticism ❤️

Be aware that insulin is really fucking dangerous and can be fatal.

Never skip meals if you pin insulin ever. My neighbour is an old man who is diabetic , he pinned 12 ius of insulin before dinner but somehow ended up getting caught in some work and did not eat anything . Cut to 2am at night his wife called us for help saying he is not responding . My father went there and he was totally unresponsive , somehow my father thought of checking his bloodsugar and it was about 30 . They gave him sugar and some other stuff and he gained consciousness . I swear if I had gone there Blood sugar would not have even touched my mind and by the time I would have understood it was his bloodsugar he would’ve entered a coma. INSULIN can be fatal ,tread cautiously .

Thanks for letting me know man, I’ve been reading into it a lot for the whole day. Apparently most of the deaths are from body builders just forgetting to eat for after pinning. From what I’ve seen it’s one of the safer things to take, just super risky cuz if you fuck up you’re in a coma or dead

I know this is necropost, however, I think this is necessary.

Make sure to track your pre workout meals or any "insulin pin meals" so you can be sure of the dose for each food.
Another method is to start at a low dose, like 2iu, even for big meals. Pin, quickly eat the food, then the rapid insulin is getting in. Then measure the change in blood glucose, before and after the insulin kicks in.

Your fasting blood glucose is important. Less than 5NMol/L of fasting blood glucose is very good, and it determines insulin sensitivity. That's useless since we're using exogenous insulin, but, having a fasting blood glucose of 4nmol, after a high glucose meal, would have less blood glucose after, compared to someone with 6nmol.

Anyways, every time you do the same meal, you increase the dose by 1 IU.
You keep repeating this until you get to like let's say 5 iu for that meal. After you increase to 6iu, you start feeling a bit hypo.

You conclude, that, for this meal, you should always use 5iu. Then you try this for every meal you consume with insulin.


So lets say 4iu for grilled cheese and 5iu for like 1 milk liter lets say.

And never pin while fasted. Unless you're extremely diabetic, and get glucose spikes every now and then, it's useless.

I hope I got this to you early enough, that, you didnt die.
