HGH drives cartilage growth, Androgens upregulate HGH. DHT rapes skin elastin + thickens skin furthering ear + nose enlargement
Most people can get away with using HGH without getting cartilage growth but writing just in case
1.) Sub therapeutic dose pirfenidone to control soft tissue cartilage growth (200mg 3x or 600MG 1x ED during cycle)
2. Topical rapamycin to blunt MTOR of skin on nose (won't do anything for cartilage growth)
3. Low dose long term accutane. Will permanently shrink sebaceous gland size/prevent hypertrophy
All of this requires skincare routine excluding pirfenidone. Will not discuss side effects though they are worth looking into
