Around 6 months ago, I made an xray of my hand

The doctor said that my Radial epiphysis are largely regenerated and i have a Bone age of 17 years - (16,5 real age at the time)
he said that my growth is done by 98,9% and I will only grow to 171.89 cm
back then I was around 170 cm

in addition, responded very well to it, which also makes it more likely that I respond good to HGH

in the last 1–2 months I grew around 0,5 again and two weeks ago i even had new stretch marks on my back, like I had when I was growing rapidly as a child

in addition to that my voice got a little bit deeper the last few months and I started growing a very little facial hair
(tanner stage 4,6 or sum)

Because of that, i still think my plates are still slightly open
even if there's not much growth left, I still hope I can squeeze out 1-3cm more

clavicles are around 47cm and 50cm (hard to measure alone)

Waist circumference is 72cm

I will directly start with 4iu and up my dose to 5iu after two weeks
on the fourth week, I will up the dose to 6iu and continue that for 6 months

for safety, I have berberine capsules, I will buy a glucose monitor the next few days and plan on doing my first blood test in around 6-8 weeks

I will give updates on my journey every few weeks/months

not related, but to my next order, I will also add
-Minoxidil 5mg x 100 tablets
-GHK-CU 50mg*10vials
and maybe Finasteride 5mg x 100 tablets (I think my penis is still growing, and I don't know if I want to sacrifice this)

I knew about HGH and AI back in 2021 or so, but I thought pharmaceutical grade HGH was the only thing available, which from my minimal research was like $10k/month, so I basically gave up on the idea. I was also aware of brainlabz at the time, but never ended up getting any AI. Shit sucks, probably could've been a few inches taller since I was 15/16 at the time, but it is what it is, I'm not short now anyway.
Ended up coping with MK677 from US Gains, so maybe it ended up helping a bit, albeit less than HGH, who knows.

I dirty bulked back then, which i think played a huge role in my estrogen production and with that pre matured my bone age
Now i slimmed down to around 12% bodyfat and I think this really helps slow down the process of my growth plate fusion

in the last 1–2 months I grew around 0,5 again and two weeks ago i even had new stretch marks on my back, like I had when I was growing rapidly as a child

in addition to that my voice got a little bit deeper the last few months and I started growing a very little facial hair
(tanner stage 4,6 or sum)

Because of that, i still think my plates are still slightly open
even if there's not much growth left, I still hope I can squeeze out 1-3cm more

MY PLAN

I will directly start with 4iu and up my dose to 5iu after two weeks
on the fourth week, I will up the dose to 6iu and continue that for 6 months

for safety, I have berberine capsules, I will buy a glucose monitor the next few days and plan on doing my first blood test in around 6-8 weeks

I will give updates on my journey every few weeks/months

not related, but to my next order, I will also add
-Minoxidil 5mg x 100 tablets
-GHK-CU 50mg*10vials
and maybe Finasteride 5mg x 100 tablets (I think my penis is still growing, and I don't know if I want to sacrifice this)

I fucked up and wasted 2 needles, i was shaking so much

Use lidocaine ointment/cream or spray form. Let it numb for like 3 or 4 minutes. At a 45 degree angle it’s basically painless.

the injection itself wasn’t painful, i almost didn’t felt it. I just messed up the first time while drawing the GH at first there was too much in the syringe, then too little. Then my needle got bent and wasn’t sharp enough to inject anymore.

I absolutely agree, but almost nobody reaches their full height potential and that’s the thing. My dad is around 184cm, so I don’t think my final height potential is 172cm. That’s just the height I would reach if I would do absolutely nothing

Unless you're stunted or HGH deficient, it won't do shit.

You might, potentially, reach your final height sooner but that comes with risks.

Bone density will likely increase, but that doesn't affect volume.
