HGH lumps?

I’m pretty lean right now but I’ve got a persistent lump for like 24h from my last HGH subcutaneous injection . 24iu dissolved in 0.6ml bac water. Do I need to dilute it more? It just feels awkward injecting a lot of liquid SubQ. I think commonly it’s 10-15iu/ML currently I’m at 40. Can only go up to 0.3ml as I have a u-30 syringe but I’m not sure what else could cause this
