You can avoid most of the lethargy sides if you take the mk677 at night. Don’t inject actual hgh at night though it will fuck up your natural production

Yes it makes me pass out sometimes I don't take it any more but it's not that bad just stay awake or have a coffee

Usually it goes away in a few weeks
