I'm gonna run 1.5IU-hgh and 20mg-mk677 everyday for 12 weeks with primal diet at 16 any tips? Is my dosage enough? (Doing for bone mass purposes btw, not muscle)

Primal diet is just cope with no evidence and will just cause you to not have energy when training cuz of no carbs to your body has to make it in a less efficient way unless if you eat tons of sugary fruit and it still wont do anything

I guarantee your hgh is fake umless youre getting it from a doctor or you can guarantee that the source youre getting it drom are getting it from a medical conpany so youre probably getting some peptides or some ass secratagues, no vendor has the expertise or money to able to produce hgh or igf

Mk is also kinda cope, helps sloghtly for bodybuilding since it helps with sleep and eating more so dknt get it unless you ahve those issues
 
If you want bonemass there isnt a great solution but there is some evidence test can grow your zygos and gonions but the dht increase can still come with negative things like skin ageing and hairloss and if tou block it you will miss out on most of the bonemass and still some gh peptides like cjc for example can help a bit
