HGH multi dose better?

Iv heard that hgh taken two times a day rather than once is better for height growth and reducing affects like water retention and insulin sensitivity, is this true and for example would 2iu in the morning and 3 iu in the afternoon keep igf1 levels raised enough to actually make me grow or is a one time injection going to peak igf1 more and help me grow more?
If anyone understands what im saying let me know. Chrs

ive split dose i still had sides but i mean it was lessened, but not enough to justify being fasted taking it twice in a day. i prefer one big shot at once but eh

How long you have to fast before and after injections when doing morning and night?
