Do you guys take breaks from exogenous hgh and if so what do you do?

From what I have seen, you don't need breaks when taking hgh, sure if your younger, could always take 1-2 days off a week, or off and on during months also rep post

But it would be dumb if my pituitary doesnt produce natural hgh during these days. So this option isnt really that good in my opinion
