i went to the doctor's about a year ago prob maybe a little bit more recently, but they said im a risk for getting diabets should i not hop on hgh bc of this

wouldn't reta just be enough, I heard the oral insulin sensitivity ancillaries like berberine, dihydroberbine, and metformin aren't good

idk i do berb twice a day on 12ius hgh. I dont do reta tho

berberine is the poor mans metformin, if you source it correctly the metformin is cheaper, personally I think berb is worst, metformin is good, reta is best, but that is all personal preference, if you are US based and need an ancillary source DM me brah igu
