yea absolutely, erda doesnt even work for some people since it inhibits growth limiters, but doesnt do shit to promote growth hormones. useless if your body isnt still releasing growth factors lol
hgh is relatively guaranteed to give you 2 inches so you should reach 5'9 at a safe estimate then wear height boosters for 5'11
