what do you think is better for height, gh or ghs, u guys might call me grey but recently i have been seeing a ton of things calling gh cope and also what is the best ghs stack for height growth, im pairing it with a ton of other shi that im not gonna say here but what do you guys think, i already bought a kit of gh and im running 8 iu but i lowk might switch to ghs because i am seeing that they might be better + they are cheaper

Well GH has more scientific evidence. Better not bet your height on whatever concoctions .org users tend to push these days

Also don't switch up just because you don't see instant results. Growth takes a long, long time. Multiple years even.
