Test is better; AI can prevent early closure but yk things can be unpredictable

But maybe think and do a bit more research before you use something like exogenous testosterone at 15. Consider its effects on fertility, what it does to your endogenous testosterone production, etc.

Its true Test can close growth plates early from aromatizing and yes AI's can stop this. However sarms and a test base my son is all you really need. Sarms wont increase test production, it will actually decrease it by a lot but will do the same thing as testosterone, and will have a lower affinity for AR in your vital organs which is where most health problems start. You need a test base to compensate for this test loss so you don't risk long term/permanent testosterone supression. Test and AI's I don't recommend simply because the amount suitable is trial and error and risks are unpredictable when trying to find a dosage that when when on test.
