Hello, was wondering if I could get some help on here since everywhere I go I get dififerent answers from people; 'HGH wont do shit' 'you gotta iinject at least 8 iu' 'take max 5 iu'.
FYI, I'm 14 and i'm 5'7, i diid an x-ray and my growth plates are wide open, so I do know HGH would have positive effects for height gain.
I also have access to cjc no dac + ipamorelin, which could also help alongside hgh and mk 677, berberine, ala, which could aid my case. (got it for free, but heard it's barely useless so probably won't be using.)
Back to the subject, I was wondering if anybody knows how many IUs of HGH i would have to run to experience bone growth (height gain) without running into too many side effects (I already have a good lifestyle and habits, and II know side effects aren't avoidable but I know more= more risk.) if anybody has any insight on this topic, I would really appreciate it if you would give me good info from experienced people and not random tiktok kids who asked gpt 'how many ius should I run for height growth'.

hgh is always about experimenting and checking your blood sugar levels, it really matters to do 8+ after like 1 month
