Bro its over your plates are prob closed peptides are not cope they work for what they do but they cant open your growth plates if your really committed get a xray see if they are open more then likely they arent

I have to agree with him if your growth plates are closed it’s cooked. You could still try other copes like getting bigger shoes, getting spinal fluid supplements or do spine decompressions.
