where Z is any number you chose between 0.24 and 0.47
this decides your gh iu dose should be daily
for your ai, take arimidex and other things would include research chems that im gatekeeping but you could find on this forum

fda guideline, titrate your arimidex based on ultra sensitive e2 blood tests, it would be ideal to take arimidex daily but sometimes in order to stay in the ideal e2 range you have to take at like eod or e3d or weekly or some shit
