Depends if you’re using hgh in addition with other stuff or not, generally by itself it doesn’t need an ai because hgh doesnt aromatize, however hgh can indirectly raise estrogen levels by increasing endogenous testosterone, IGF-1, or water retention. So usually you don’t need one
