Do not eat food with HGH. Eating food with HGH will blunt the effect of it. Take it right before you go to bed, having your last meat at LEAST 2 hours before pinning.

it’s still working lol, it does get suppressed by insulin tho why I personally always inject atleast 1h after my last meal

Yeah there is pinning at night before sleep is better so, pin at night, eat, sleep.

The main issue is that my circadian rhythm is fucked. I’m awake during midnight and I sleep usually during early mornings
