Use alcohol wipe always so you can use the vial many times, yes 10 iu to start is too much prob, yes it will close plates so take ai.

1- as many times as 10ths worth, could last a few days
2- yes, you need to ramp up your dose start at 2-3ius and bring it up +1IU a week
3- no

4- I am a little high so if something sounds off that is why
