do u think its worth it to take for vertical growth, wingspan, and muscle recovery. Im 16, 5'8, 6ft wingspan do you think I would benefit from it? my mom is 5'9 and dad is 6'0. I hit puberty rlly late, I grew from 5'1 to 5'8 in the last 12 months
