Is 32iu to high?
How do i reconstitute this?
Is this worth it at 17?

32 IU is generally too high and at 17 like it really won't do that much your plates are almost closed at that point maybe look into Erda if you're looking for a slight height increase
if you want HGH then do this dose as a minimum
0.06 IUs time BW (kg) times 3
and go +4-5 IUs if you can afford it
1-2 if you can't

build ur way up from like 4IU to maybe 10 or even 15
but check if ur growth plates are open

your plates are open? do the formula I sent
search for the sides of HGH, monitor everything regularly, blood glucose only for the first two weeks until you stabilised it, so basically you can use Retatrutide 2.5 MGs for that purpose, this doesn't work for everyone but you can adjust the dose based on your bg until it's healthy
