Start w 3IU, for atleast 2 weeks. Than go with 5IU. I wouldn’t recommending going above. My baseline IGF1 was 440, now after 2 months of HGH use it’s at 800+. I have also added IGF1 LR3 recently for muscle gains.

I’m only on HGH and IGF1 LR3 rn. Started IGF1 LR3 3 days ago (75mcg daily, post workout) and HGH 2.5IU morning fasted (spike w carbs and protein 40mins after injection) and than 2.5IU pre-workout. Post-workout I inject IGF1 LR3 and spike it instantly w carbs + protein.

if ive understood what ive read right, it should be possible for me to increase bone mass in my overall face- jaw etc.

its an experiment, im trying to increase face bonemass by mild 'acromegaly'.
if it doesnt work then im fucked, but ive done it for 2 days rn and i honestly dont think 4 days of 12 iu can fuck me up that much based off what ive read.

Acromegaly happens over years of blasting high doses. In 6 days your IGF1 barely increased from hgh, it increases it over time. And after you stop, it will go back to it’s baseline.

Yes, that is why i dont think it will give me acromegaly. I used the term acromegaly to define the process of growth in bonemass.
The effects will be moderate- to say "barely" is a underestimation.
