Reta won't SPECIFICALLY help get rid of face fat, Reta will help you lose fat all over your body which in turn will help get rid of face fat, but if you are thin already bro, just build some mass and worry about face fat down the line.

This is my 3 month physique change on JUST Reta.

I would think for your physique, maybe you could run Reta to lean out and remove the excess, then once you begin a mass building phase, potentially incorporate HGH and titrate off Reta.

Retatrutide alone would generally be expected to improve, not worsen, insulin sensitivity as weight comes down.
Adding HGH could potentially make glucose control worse, depending on dose, body composition, and genetics.

I personally wouldn't add HGH at this point.

hgh makes u insulin resistant reta makes u insulin sensitive they work against eachother and meet in the middle in insulin
being diabetic is no joke and its a permanent and life long side effect that can be prohibited
