Im on 4 iu of hgh and at night when sleeping i wakeup shaking like my whole body is trembling, has anyone else experienced this and what could be the reason? Thats the only sideffect ive had.

What results do you expect from 4 IU's?

I think thats a sign of Hypoglycemia. check your blood glucose with a glucose monitor. around 20$ amazon. its a non negotiable when you are on hgh related compunds.
to combat this try taking a complex carb with little to no protein as a bedtime snack

I heard hgh raises blood sugar not lower it, what do you think might be the reason, i pin hgh at night before bed a couple hours after my last meal, but sometimes even longer like 6-8 hours

Yes, hgh is known for causing insulin resistance and elevated blood sugar in the long-term.
HOWEVER, its short term impact on the body can different.

In the immediate window after a large sub-q injection of hgh, the hgh causes an acute insulin-like effect (you can search this up for research). before the hgh does its thing, the sudden flood of hgh briefly copies the actions of insulin, clearing out more glucose OUT of the blood and into cells. this causes the liver to slow down the release of glycogen because the body doesnt need sugar; its all going into cells.
Also note the hgh leads to IGF-1 production, aka INSULIN-like Growth Factor (because it has a similar architecture to insulin). Because its similar it can cross react with insulin receptors and activate its own IGF-1 receptors, leading to more glucose being drawn out of blood and into skeletal muscl and fat tissue
This typically happens within the first 4 hours after injection, so it makes sense it happens during your sleep. After the 4 hours, the hgh acts like an anti-insulin effect which is why its known for Hyperglycemia.

HOWEVER, although this has been proven to be possible in some humans, it is not an absolute guarantee for every person. Though, I read studies in Pub Med where this occurred. Another possibility is that you have a bad hgh source and they mixed insulin with it. whats your source?
