Just reconstituted my hgh, do I split dose am and pm, or just do all before bed, starting with 4 ius

split is slightly better but that requires effort so before bed is goated

Usually taken around 9pm to 11pm, don't take in the morning. Hgh levels are the highest during sleep and adding it before bed will only result in an increase
