I’m hopping on HGH soon but I want to know more what to expect specifically, what are the main risks? I know they can mae your organs lager so what are things you can do to prevent that and have only a positive experience.

Organs growing isnt really something you need to be worried about if your staying under 9-10 ius and not using hgh for very large periods of time.
One thing you need to be making sure isnt happening is diabetes. Hgh makes ur insulin sensitivity lower, so you need to keep something like berberine or metformin on hand in case you get very high blood glucose levels, you need to check your blood glucose levels everyday fasted in the morning to make sure you arent really high.

yes, i was worried about that too mostly, should i just cut out sugar and carbs completely? if I keep everything in check Is there any other downsides other than that because I’m gonna be pinning 8-10 ius max

im assuming your taking gh for muscle/bone growth in which case you need carbs just don't eat processed sugar and take berberine/metformin if your really worried
