based on just these values your predicted height is 5'10 (177-178cm), you could take HGH if you want to but please research on it first and don't just trust some randoms on a forum to take advice that could have some serious downsides

it would allow for greater height growth potential but would you need to use high doses (8-10iu+) for it to not be pointless
