I am on 8ius rn
Started 22th of January
Start height was 175cm in a morning with stadiometer, at my gym
Now i am 177.8 in a morning with stadiometer in a same gym, so in a span of little more than 3 months, i grew up 2.8cm. To record, my height velocity before was 0.2cm a month, if not less. As i grew only 1cm in a whole year(jan 2025 vs jan2026)
