I have been seeing a lot of opposite opinions about those 2 compounds and I wanna know your guys opinion about each. Which would have the right effects, danger risks, price, sources and just any interesting information.

I personally am looking to spend a maximum of 300$, I live in Canada and I would like for you guys to talk about what you know about these compounds, if you have tried any and argue about which would be more beneficial / effective.

Goals:
Bone growth
Height
Sleep improvement

2nd: There so much info out there and the magical thing on the top right of youre screen, called a search bar, will cover 99% of youre questions.

So why do an unnecessary post, making this forum worse when you can just Do your own research.
