Studies show that hgh is used to produce igf-1, and igf-1 is the primary compound used for vertical height growth. so then why does everyone on here talk about injecting hgh? why not igf-1 lr3? am i missing something?

you answered it yourself, hgh is used to produce igf-1 thats why people suggest to inject hgh

so then why wouldnt anyone just inject igf-1 itself instead of injecting hgh trying to produce it? wouldnt injecting igf-1 itself be more effective than trying to produce it by injecting hgh?? like instead of taking supplements to increase testosterone why wouldnt anyone just inject testosterone itself? (just a comparison, i know injecting testosterone is way more dangerous)

hgh results in the creation of IGF-1 in the liver. injecting IGF-1 by itself is suboptimal because your essentially giving your body something it already creates. you could say the same for HGH (that your injecting something your body already creates) but there is no reliable way to increase hgh without pinning. whereas with IGF-1 you can via HGH. also injecting straight IGF-1 will downregulate the natural HGH your body creates in the Pituitary gland because your body has fundamentally no need to create it.

ohhh makes alot of sense, what about doing igf-1 and hgh both? would that be better for height growth than doing only igf-1 or hgh alone? how long do cycles usually last for these?

Height is determined by more than 10,000 genes.
Just pray to God you've got the right pair of genes to make it above 6'2.

don't inject IGF-1 at all bro. its counter productive and no one else does it. its also far more synthetic than natural IGF-1 and harder to source than HGH. trust me.

doing igf-1 and hgh both sounds like a good idea to some, but realistically you only need hgh as ive said before, it produces igf1 already, so adding more of it would be useless. also, in an extremely rare case where your liver cannot produce igf1, would be an acceptable situation to use igf1. id say run it for 2-3 months then see if its made a good difference then run it for the rest of the year if successful

if you want to be simple and spend as little as possible just run hgh with an aromatase inhibitor, anastrozole letrozole etc

yeah bro . i have never heard of anyone injecting straight IGF-1 before so you'll probably fuck up your endocrine system if your the first. plus there are probably reasons people don't.

It isn't as simple as HGH = IGF-1, buddy. GH primarily makes IGF-1, but they both are different which do different functions.

Not that educated on this topic, but a lot of people inject Insulin too

Just stick with HGH

If my memory serves me right, I recall a handful of users having used it without any adverse effects relative to HGH
