I dont see much people talking about IGF-1 here done some researchs myself and igf1 mogs hgh and terms of everything height growth facial growth especially (zygos and jaw) i wanted to take HGH but now im thinking about taking igf1 what do you guys think which one would be better overall?

how about you actually do your own fucking research because igf-1 is talked about all too much here.
also wdym igf-1 mogs hgh, igf-1 is what regulates hgh theyre not independant of each other :feelswhy:

HgH stimulates the expression of the IGF-1 gen by extracellularly binding to (liver-) cells. HgH in itself is pointless

Same mistake over and over again- uneducated people arguing about what to use, without prior research. At least he should address the basics before usage.

he also thinks that by taking either his zygos and jaw will magically grow :ROFLMAO::lul:
You can't tell hormones what to and what not to grow hes just speedrunning acromelagy

Wdym, everyone here talk about IGF-1.

And please delete your account for saying IGF 1 is better than hgh. You need both

Yeah but still IGF 1 is more potent to your facial bones than hgh

HGH works by making your liver produce IGF-1, which then goes all over your body. IGF-1 (especially the DES version) can be injected directly near facial bones, where it works faster and more directly. So for growing facial bones like jaw and cheekbones, IGF-1 is stronger and more targeted than HGH.

i can't find anything to back up the more targeted, you need a longer loading time for hgh so i guess that implys its stronger

I’m at school I won’t research now for a source obviously.

And I’m not saying IGF-1 is better than hgh beacuse you need both for seeing results

@jeff1234 @kazama saying that igf-1 and hgh is “overrated” while they are the main reason your growing and making your bones look the way they are.:feelsuhh:

Searched alot about it didn't find much, and no you don't need to both if you mean by injection when using HGH it binds to the receptors which triggers the igf1 production so HGH ---> igf1 but if you inject the igf1 its direct and gives much better results

he also thinks that by taking either his zygos and jaw will magically grow :ROFLMAO::lul:

Well it will definitely grow them but it will be small to moderate changes, Facial bones have IGF-1 receptors that respond to IGF-1.

Thx for stating the obvious

So live with it bro, Idk the correlation but maybe its really good to avoid it

whats going on with this forum :feelswah::feelswah:The guys are going to invent some new shit method in tkk talking bad abt igf1/hgh

"muuh Im not going to take testosterone Im going to take pure dht":feelsuhh::feelsuhh: Its the same shit just with hgh
oh one reason why its better to take gh, a biological relationship. Your body wouldnt produce igf1 like that

"grow" first understand that your bone "mass" actually increases
But it's a fact, nothing other than surgery will change the angle of your bones. Your ramus angle won't necessarily change.
People have bones with "different" shapes, I think u'll understand
Fr he’s stating the obvious and thinking he’s some
People are too lazy to even use Google now man :feelswah:

Well it will definitely grow them but it will be small to moderate changes, Facial bones have IGF-1 receptors that respond to IGF-1.
As many here already mentioned, injecting HGH primarily stimulates the liver to produce systemic (endocrine) IGF-1. However, tissue growth, particularly in bone and muscle, depends on local (autocrine and paracrine) IGF-1 production within those specific tissues.
When circulating IGF-1 levels are elevated, negative feedback mechanisms suppress growth hormone secretion and potentially reduce local IGF-1 production, thereby limiting overall tissue specific anabolic effects.

The question, then, is how to selectively stimulate IGF-1 production within target tissues. This might be achievable through mechanotransduction (applying mechanical load or resistance training to tissues, which upregulates local IGF-1), or possibly by using roids that directly enhance local IGF-1 expression independently of the endocrine pathway.

I’ve read the stuff about directly injecting IGF-1, but I would be wary of that. It could theoretically give you the effect you strive for, but it’s still poorly researched from my knowledge.

Hgh is cheaper

No shit or You could also take igf1 directly
Doesn't have the liver binding proteins to properly affect bone systemically DNR responds worse to IGF-1 receptors since not pulsatile DNR shit thread
