i see mirin bro, i have some hgh just waiting on dac water. im 18 tho, open plates still thankfully. ill also do 8-10 but taper up to it. do u do anything to mitigate bloat like diuretics, probiotics, electrolytes etc?

600mg magnesium and i don’t eat salty food(it wasn’t intentional i just don’t like salt)
Also i drink orange juice sometimes but it’s purely cuz i like it

yeah ai doesnt stop ur plates from closing g, it doesnt work locally in growth plates the same way it does in the body. youd need extreme doses of ai to be able to do anything significant to ur plates i reccomend u stop with the ai cause its probably cooking ur brain development too ur literally 15

sure but ur doing ai for no reason, its useless asides being done alongside androgens. you could research yourself into it if you dont believe me, but the way that ai prevents secretion/absorption of aromatasein ur system, doesnt really work locally in growth plates. youd need probably 10x whatever ur current dose is for that and thats just retarded cause youd fuck ur endocrine system. honestly if i were u id start tapering off the ai and stop it but obv u can do ur own research and do wtv u want

18 talking bout 8-10 IUs oh lord, at 18 i doubt very strongly HGH would benefit you at all, atleast do 12+ unless you're severly underweight

You should bump the dosage to 10 IU's. There's another kid on here doing 17 IU's.

You should do 10 because 8 was the conservative amount they used for 12-24 months on boys with Idiopathic Short Stature.

For PWS they gave them 8 IU's

If you want you can do it off weight, but you should really be pushing to get as tall as is possible.

Honestly I know low E2 is terrible to feel but there's really not a better time to be lower E2 than now. Delay those plates from closing as much as possible, will allow the GH to do its job.
